You don't have to board your horse at Cross Ranch to be part of the community.

The Cross Ranch Community Membership gives local horse owners access to designated riding opportunities, member events, educational programs, and special benefits throughout the year.

Whether you keep your horse at home, board somewhere else, or simply want more opportunities to ride, membership gives you a place to saddle up, meet fellow horse people, and enjoy everything Cross Ranch has to offer.

Membership Benefits

  • Open Ride Nights

    Bring your horse and enjoy designated Cross Ranch Open Ride Nights throughout the year.

    Use the arena for:

    • Schooling

    • Arena work

    • Pattern practice

    • Groundwork

    • Pole work

    • Horsemanship

    • Obstacle practice

    • Casual riding

    Open Ride Nights are designed to give members a relaxed place to ride their own horses outside of formal lessons or training.

    Open Ride Nights are scheduled around lessons, training, events, maintenance, weather, and other ranch operations. Advance registration may be required.

  • Access to the Ranch

    Enjoy designated Cross Ranch riding areas and member amenities during approved membership hours.

    Membership provides opportunities to experience the ranch without maintaining a boarding stall.

    Membership opens the door to special events throughout the year, including:

    • Members-only riding nights

    • Pattern nights

    • Horsemanship nights

    • Ranch gatherings

    Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and may exclude certain events or programs.

    Your horse-loving friends are welcome, too.

    Each Cross Ranch Member receives 4 guest passes per membership year, allowing you to invite a non-member to join you during designated member riding opportunities.

    It's a great way to introduce your friends to Cross Ranch and share the community you love.

  • Riding Challenges

    Put your horsemanship to the test.

    Throughout the year, members may participate in Cross Ranch riding challenges, including:

    • Pattern challenges

    • Groundwork challenges

    • Obstacle challenges

    • Gymkhana-style events

    • Horsemanship challenges

    • Seasonal riding goals

    Some challenges may include prizes, recognition, or special member awards.

  • Member Appreciation

    Being a member means being part of the Cross Ranch family.

    Members are invited to special community gatherings throughout the year, including our annual Cross Ranch Member Appreciation Event.

  • Membership Gift

    Each new member receives a Cross Ranch membership gift to welcome them to the ranch.

  • Saddle Up & Ride

    Open Ride Nights are one of the heartbeats of the Cross Ranch Membership.

    These designated riding times give members the opportunity to bring their own horses to Cross Ranch and enjoy time in the arena without the structure of a formal lesson.

    Open Ride times may change based on weather, events, lessons, training, maintenance, and ranch operations.

    Advance registration may be required.

  • Cross Ranch Membership is a privilege and is intended to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all riders.

    Members must:

    • Sign all required Cross Ranch waivers

    • Follow all ranch rules and posted arena regulations

    • Follow staff instructions

    • Maintain appropriate control of their horse

    • Clean up after themselves and their horse

    • Respect other riders, horses, staff, and property

    • Use only areas designated for members

    • Follow Open Ride etiquette

    • Schedule riding times when required

    • Maintain current membership throughout the membership year

    Membership does not guarantee access to a particular arena or riding time.

    Cross Ranch may close or restrict facility access because of weather, unsafe conditions, maintenance, private events, lessons, training, competitions, or other ranch operations.
